Join us for another exclusive conversation straight from iGB Live London 2025, one of the most anticipated events in the world of iGaming.

Jeremy Castillo, Head of Sales (EU) at Affnook, this time found himself interviewing Corentin Budny, Program Director at Celesta, a turnkey aggregation platform that is defining the future of iGaming technology.

In this interesting interview, Corentin narrates the account of his incredible experience as both a real estate and live dealer, and later on, program director. These experiences helped him develop an in-depth insight into the capabilities of dedication, curiosity, and flexibility.

Learn how Celesta, with its sophisticated tools, payment options, and collaboration with partners, is a complete iGaming ecosystem in itself. This discussion will offer valuable insights into how the combination of the right partnerships and technology can help bring about sustainable growth in the competitive world of iGaming.

Corentin’s Journey: From Real Estate to iGaming

All success stories in iGaming do not begin with a business plan; some of them begin with curiosity.

Corentin entered the real estate industry, but it all changed when he moved to Malta in 2015. One of his friends from Evolution Gaming invited him to work as a live dealer. “It was new and I wanted to see what it was all about”, he said.

It was his first move in his iGaming career. He was a game presenter, but after nearly a year, he changed to a B2C operator and rose in the hierarchy. Starting with customer support, then marketing coordination, and finally product management. The various steps provided him with a new view of how iGaming businesses work. It gave him a chance to know the customer as well as the product.

Corentin was the head of the games department in his previous organization for some time before joining Celesta, where he is leading the commercial and product development. This is an indication that the iGaming world believes in passion, learning, and flexibility, as he has been able to turn himself into a front-end operator and a leader with his strategies.

Celesta: A Complete iGaming Ecosystem

During the iGB Live London 2025, Corentin announced the mission of Celesta, which is to build an all-embracing ecosystem among the operators, affiliates, and game providers. According to Corentin, the dream of their organization is to provide a place where businesses meet, create, and develop successfully.

Celesta offers aggregation and turnkey services through which various game studios, payment providers, and operational tools are integrated into a single, smooth system. This enables the clients, be it startups or established operators, to find it easy to operate their business and expand to new markets.

“We are trying to stay flexible”, said Corentin. “Every market – whether it’s Asia, Latin America, or Africa – requires a different approach.” Celesta has a strong focus on customization and scalability, providing gamified platforms with CRM, tournaments, and interactivity tools for each partner’s business vision.

Strength of Partnerships in iGaming

Alliances are the real engine of iGaming in the case of Corentin. He said that technology is essential, but people are the pillars. At Celesta, the emphasis is on creating an interdependent ecosystem in which networking and innovation will coexist. Every partnership is a cake-baking business, with each partner contributing a different ingredient and the end product being something extraordinary.

Celesta continues this ethos of collaboration on the inside, taking into account the feedback of its clients and partners when developing its technology stack to make sure that it will be up-to-date and capable of addressing the challenges of the future.

Data and Reporting: The Key to Affiliate Success.

According to Corentin, data equals power in a competitive business-to-business setting. In his view, the three pillars of a successful affiliate tracking system are customized reports, real-time information, and good support. Regular reporting will help in the decision-making process, and real-time information can help the partners to act in time.

It is not a question of introducing flashy features, but making the basics flawless. Such a data-driven methodology will help the clients of Celesta to discover the opportunities in the market and achieve maximum performance in this rapidly changing sphere.

Solutions and Customization in the Markets

Regarding the entry into the iGaming industry, Corentin stressed that there is no specific price to start with, and it all depends on the extent and market of the project. The Asia region, the Latin America, or the Africa region each has its problems with compliance behavior of the players and the payment preferences.

Celesta, he added, has the task of combining these factors in effective profit-making and customized solutions. “Well, we do not sell a product; it is a strategy that sells”, he said.

A Vision for the Future

The iGaming industry is becoming more interconnected. Corentin believes that the companion of innovation is ecosystem thinking, which is the fusion of technology, people, and partnerships.

When it comes to Celesta, he targets building bridges and not platforms, which can support a relationship based on transparency and common development.
