Roxana has spent almost 15 years working in hospitality and luxury services and was kind enough to share her expertise in this multifaceted industry, a subject that most of us are familiar with, yet have little or no experience in working with it.

Delivering Exclusive Experiences for High-Net-Worth Clients

Roxana has been working at Hans Travel & Lifestyle as the Business Development Manager for several years.  The company is known for providing lifestyle and concierge service solutions to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and corporations.

Most people equate concierge service to booking flights or hotels; however, Roxana’s definition of what constitutes concierge service is much more comprehensive than just those tasks alone.

In addition to booking air and hotel travel, Hans Travel & Lifestyle provides clients with private jet chartering, luxury ground transportation, yacht rentals, and access to exclusive events, as well as non-conventional off-market experiences.

For example, one of their clients may request to purchase Formula 1 tickets to attend a concert as a VIP guest, and Hans Travel & Lifestyle’s team designs and arranges the experience for those specific clients.

Hans Travel & Lifestyle also handles the more difficult, sophisticated types of inquiries, such as opening a client’s bank account or arranging a customized travel experience for very high-end clientele.

Hans Travel & Lifestyle’s overall mission is to provide exceptional service and experiences to clients that would normally be hard to come by utilizing traditional channels, Roxana said.

The Growing Demand for Luxury Experiences

With a continued increase in events from around the globe, there is a growing trend in the luxury travel market as well as an increased demand for luxury experiences.

As Jeremy pointed out, events like the World Cup provide significant opportunities for companies such as Hans Travel & Lifestyle. Clients are looking for premium tickets, private transfers and accommodation – and want to have all of these things taken care of, enabling them to simply enjoy the experience.

This is why it is critical for luxury concierge companies to be proactive in meeting the demands of their customers while ensuring that every aspect of the trip is processed successfully.

The Most Unusual Client Request

One of the most entertaining moments of the conversation came when Jeremy asked Roxana about the strangest request she had ever received.

Without hesitation, she shared a memorable story involving a couple who had recently purchased a new home.

Before signing the final contract, the couple wanted to spend a night in the property. However, they had several very specific requirements before they could do so.

The clients asked the concierge team to prepare the house in a particular way. This included arranging a special type of crystal underneath the bed, organizing food in the refrigerator according to chakra colors, and cleansing the entire house with sage.

While unusual, the request perfectly demonstrated the highly personalized nature of concierge services.

For Roxana and her team, no two days are ever the same. Every client has unique preferences, and delivering exceptional service often means accommodating requests that go far beyond standard travel planning.

The story brought plenty of laughter to the conversation and highlighted the creativity and flexibility required to succeed in the luxury lifestyle industry.

Although Roxana has attended many professional events throughout her career, SBC Summit Malta 2026 was her first iGaming conference.

When asked about her experience, she spoke positively about the event and the opportunities it provided.

According to Roxana, one of the biggest advantages of SBC Malta is its manageable size compared to some larger conferences. Rather than rushing between meetings, attendees have more time to engage in meaningful conversations and build genuine business relationships.

She noted that the event creates an ideal environment for networking and allows participants to connect with people who are truly relevant to their business goals.

For Hans Travel & Lifestyle, the summit served as an excellent platform to meet potential clients and strengthen relationships within the iGaming community.

The company already works with several well-known names in the industry, but events like SBC Malta help them expand their network and introduce their services to new audiences.

A Career Built Across Multiple Countries

Beyond her current role, Roxana’s professional journey is equally impressive.

Before joining Hans Travel & Lifestyle, she spent almost 15 years working in hospitality across various countries, including Italy, Switzerland, Iraq, and Malta.

One particularly interesting chapter of her career involved helping open a five-star hotel in Iraq before later moving to Malta.

Reflecting on her experience, Roxana described Malta as her home for the past three years and expressed her appreciation for the island’s lifestyle and opportunities.

Her international background has given her a unique perspective on hospitality, customer service, and managing the diverse expectations of clients from around the world.
