The vibrant energy at SBC Lisbon, 2025, the kind of atmosphere that just makes you want to dive into deep conversations. It was the perfect backdrop for catching up with some of the sharpest minds in the business and talking about where the iGaming industry is actually headed. In the middle of all the networking and buzz, Jeremy Castillo, Head of Sales at Affnook, caught up with Sofia Andrushchakevych, Account Manager at SPRIBE to discuss her path in iGaming and what the future looks like for their platform.

Sofia’s Journey from hospitality to iGaming ecosystem

She kicked things off in the field of hospitality as a hotel administrator where she honed strong communication skills and a real customer- centric mindset, that still helps her in her work today.

Sofia then got into the operator side, working for an online casino. This was a deep dive into the operational workings of iGaming platforms. Further, she shifted to the affiliate side of the iGaming industry, gaining valuable insights in partnerships, performance and user acquisition.

Eventually, she circled back into the iGaming industry, this time on the platform and turnkey solutions side where she now works as an Account Manager. With experience across so many angles,  Sofiia truly understands client needs.

What makes the SPRIBE platform unique?

Sofia shared some great insights on what makes SPRIBE unique. According to her, their fast updating system is a total- game changer. It gives the operators the edge they need to keep up and stay ahead in a fast moving market. SPRIBE aims to deliver speed and flexibility which is very crucial in the iGaming industry.

In addition to this the platform offers:

  • Aggregation tools, simplifying access to multiple services
  • A built-in CRM, helping operators manage player relationships more effectively.

Sofia further shared exciting plans for the future, an Affiliate CRM, designed to improve affiliate management and also Sports Books features to further expand platform capabilities.

Flexible Pricing and Connecting beyond the Conference

As a newer platform, pricing comes up a lot. Sofia says SPRIBE is super flexible right now which makes it easier for businesses to try things out and find what works for them. They are open to tailor deals instead of being rigid and open to internal meetings. This approach shows SPRIBE isn’t looking for clients, instead they are looking for true partners to grow alongside.

As they concluded, Jeremy made sure to mention if anyone interested in connecting with Sofia could simply get in touch with her on a website or LinkedIn. As the conversation ended, both of them were really excited for the conference ahead and eager to connect with people and build solid relationships.
